Panelle is excited to partner with Allego, a company that truly understands the power of inclusive leadership. With a deep commitment to representation, equity, and belonging, Allego is building a culture where women are not only seen and heard, but empowered to lead authentically.
Together, we’re creating space for real conversations and meaningful connections that drive change. By elevating diverse voices and sharing bold ideas, Panelle and Allego are working to shape a more inclusive future for all...
Why did you choose to work with Panelle?
"We’re proud to be part of something that’s moving that forward."
We chose to work with Panelle because their mission really resonates with us. At Allego, we believe in empowering people—whether that’s through better tools, better training, or better conversations. The collaboration between both companies felt like a great fit.
We believe that when companies support women in leadership, everyone benefits, and we’re proud to be part of something that’s moving that forward.
Why is DEI important to your business?
As an innovative SaaS company, we know the best ideas come from teams with different perspectives and lived experiences. DEI helps us challenge assumptions, think more creatively, and build better solutions for our customers. Inclusion shapes people’s experience at work.
"Representation is essential, but it’s just the starting point."
It shapes their sense of belonging, safety, and ability to lead authentically. Representation is essential, but it’s just the starting point. We’re focused on building a culture where everyone is respected, supported, and empowered to make an impact.
DEI drives innovation, and innovation drives our success. But just as importantly, it helps us build a company we’re proud to be part of.
How is your company driving representation for women?
We’re focused on creating a culture where women feel seen, heard, and supported, not just represented on paper. That starts with listening, really listening to what women need to thrive. We prioritise psychological safety so people feel comfortable speaking up, and we make sure there’s follow-through when feedback is shared.
We’re also intentional about ensuring women are represented in management roles and included in key strategic initiatives because representation matters in the rooms where decisions are made.
That sense of trust and inclusion is the foundation for everything - from fair hiring and promotion practices to consistent compensation reviews that ensure equity across the board.
We recently launched a quarterly Women at Allego meeting. This is a space for open dialogue, connection, and shared experience. It’s a way to build community and elevate voices across the organisation.
"It’s not about checking a box. It’s about building an environment where women feel valued, supported, and empowered..."
We also have a Slack channel, and while engagement varies, we’re continuing to nurture it as a space for day-to-day connection. For us, it’s not about checking a box. It’s about building an environment where women feel valued, supported, and empowered to lead in a way that’s authentic to them.
How can Panelle help with your DEI goals?
One of our biggest goals with DEI at Allego is to not just talk about diversity, but to actively create more space for it, especially when it comes to leadership. Panelle helps us do that by bringing together voices and perspectives that aren’t always front and center in business conversations.
Partnering with Panelle gives us the opportunity to listen, learn, and drive real change. It’s not just about checking a box, it’s about being part of a community that values equity, representation, and visibility. That kind of collaboration helps us keep pushing our DEI goals forward in a way that’s both authentic and impactful.
What will you achieve through this series with Panelle?
"We want to shine a light on the experiences, challenges, and wins of women in leadership."
Through this session with Panelle, we’re hoping to spark real conversations that inspire action, not just within our own teams, but across the broader business community. We want to shine a light on the experiences, challenges, and wins of women in leadership.
For us at Allego, it’s also about learning. Every conversation is a chance to grow, to challenge our thinking, and to bring new perspectives back into the work we do every day. Ultimately, we hope this series helps build a stronger culture of inclusion, both inside and outside our organisation.
