How is your company driving representation for women?

Representation starts with action, and at nCino, we’re proud of the work already underway:

Women in nTech, one of our DEI resource groups, is dedicated to supporting women in technology through networking, development opportunities, and mentoring programs.

We host Women in Tech panels at our flagship nSight event in the US, bringing visibility and voice to the experiences of women in the industry.

In the UK, we recently co-hosted a Women in Business Lunch at the Ivy Tower Bridge with FullCircl (an nCino company), attended by women from over 60 different organisations.

Our DEI community groups also include nCino Diaspora, MiGente, nPride, and the nCino Veterans Network, reflecting our commitment to supporting underrepresented voices across the business.

How can Panelle help with your DEI goals?

Partnering with Panelle gives us a unique opportunity to bring together senior leaders and changemakers to share experiences, insights, and practical ideas to help us move the dial on DEI.

The format encourages open conversation and collaboration, and we believe it will be a valuable tool in advancing both our DEI agenda and our broader business goals.

We’re currently piloting a roundtable event with Panelle to explore key challenges and opportunities for women in business. Our goals are threefold: awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
