Why is DEI important to your business? Diversity, equity, and inclusion are core values at Pigment. We believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.

How is your company driving representation for women?  

We are striving to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace both within Pigment and more generally.

At Pigment, all employees are given regular equality and diversity training including training on recognizing and avoiding discrimination, harassment, addressing gender bias and so on.

In addition, all managers receive training on promoting equality of opportunity and diversity when it comes to recruitment, development and promotion. We also have no wage gap between men and women.

Our co-CEO Eléonore Crespo was also involved in drafting the French Tech parity act that promotes gender equality in the French tech ecosystem.
