SnykWeek: Celebrating Women in Cybersecurity
Honouring Women's Achievements in Tech
This Women’s History Month, we’re excited to launch #SnykWeek, a week-long celebration in partnership with Snyk to honor the incredible contributions of women in cybersecurity.
From March 17th to 21st, we’ll be highlighting the trailblazers who are shaping the future of tech, breaking barriers, and driving meaningful change in the industry.
Cybersecurity is evolving, and women are leading the charge to create a safer, more inclusive digital world. With engaging discussions, insightful panels, and empowering interviews, SnykWeek is designed to amplify their voices, share their expertise, and inspire the next generation of tech leaders.
Who is Snyk? Why are they a great partner for Women's History Month?
Snyk is a leader in developer-first security, empowering organizations to build software securely without compromising speed. Their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is embedded in their mission to create a more innovative and representative tech industry.
Snyk has made significant strides in fostering a culture where diverse perspectives thrive. Their SnykHer SRG (Employee Resource Group), mentorship initiatives, and inclusive recruitment practices ensure that women have the support, opportunities, and leadership pathways they need to succeed. Currently, 27% of Snyk’s C-suite and 35% of its workforce identify as female, but they’re committed to pushing those numbers even higher.
Panelle and Snyk share a vision of transforming representation in tech and cybersecurity. Through this collaboration, we aim to elevate women's voices, spark vital conversations, and create actionable steps toward a more inclusive industry.

Why This Matters: Driving Real Change
While progress has been made, the tech and cybersecurity industries still face gender disparities. Women remain underrepresented in leadership roles, and their contributions often go unrecognized. #SnykWeek is more than a celebration—it’s a call to action.
By sharing the stories of women who are leading, innovating, and securing the future, we hope to:
✔️ Encourage young women to explore careers in cybersecurity.
✔️ Empower professionals to advocate for inclusivity in their workplaces.
✔️ Challenge organizations to rethink their DEI strategies and take tangible steps toward equity.
