1. How can we best encourage women to enter careers in Cybersecurity? What needs to be done to help attraction and retention?

2. As a woman in Cybersecurity, what has the community looked like for you? What type of resources or support have you received (or have felt you needed) 

3. Should we add or have the extra pressure of not only being successful ourselves but the burden/mission to help the next generation rise?  How hard is this to balance for those of us who tend to be perfectionists?

4. How can we support the younger women in the organization; how do we uplift each other?
